uTorrent 3.3 is not using local proxy for trackers

Hi.

I am using uTorrent 3.3 and a local proxy the uses SSH to bypass any ISP blocks.

Unfortunalty the trackers still get timeout as they are blocked by ISP.

I am able to ping each tracker from teh command prompt.

I have also checked the box where hostname lookup shall be done through the proxy.

Uninstalling 3.3 and installing uTorrent 2.0.1 solves the problem.
