[BUG] "Error: Former volume not mounted" with external drive unattachd

A torrent will start with the error "Former volume not mounted" if the external drive used as the primary download location is not attached, regardless of the download location chosen in the "Add New Torrent" dialog.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a path on an external drive as the primary download location

2. The external drive should not be attached / available

3. Add a new torrent

4. Select any alternative download location on any connected / available hard drive (not the external drive)

5. The torrent should start with the error "Former volume not mounted"

6. Finally, the torrent can actually be started by right-clicking the torrent, Advanced → Set Download Location… and reselecting the same download location and starting the torrent.
