uTorrent Remote vs WebUI

Hello all, I'm just getting acquainted with all the features of this wonderful BT Client (switching from Vuze) and have a couple questions that my research has failed to answer. So---

uTorrent Remote - I have it all setup and it works like a charm, however, I thought maybe you could pull the downloaded files from the host to the device upon completion (aka save the data to the remote device - iphone/ipad). Rather, I've only been able to stream the downloaded content. I'd like to be able to save for offline viewing, is that possible?

WebUI - The difference is....handling proxy services? Is that the main difference between remote and WebUI or am I missing something else there?
