Userhdkvner
My university network administrator has disabled port forwarding on the router and When I run the setup guide it says the port is not open or neither nat-pmp nor upnp is enabled. According to the test result Im "Still able to download" but that is not the case for me. Since there is no way for me to enable port-forwarding and almost all ports are closed here, except TCP ports I suppose, is it still possible to download torrents? Will the problem be solved if I use a Proxy or VPN?
schnurlos
You will be able to download, but not efficient in uploading.Normally you can't do anything about this.
