culov
For instance, lets say I download all my music to a certain folder, but I keep my organized collection in another folder on the same drive. I would like to continue seeding the torrent after I move it to the organized folder without using the set download location feature. Is this currently possible with utorrent? thanks. culov
are you implying that it is possible to do it through utorrent? if so, how can i?
Ultima
You can do it, but it works for every single download as opposed to a single one. When µTorrent finishes a download, it can move it to another directory, and continue seeding. You'll find it in Preferences > Folders.
culov
im already using that to keep track of incoming/unsorted downloads. ill add a request for the feature if it doesnt already exist. thanks man
Ultima
In the end, you're going to have to use some manual moving feature in µTorrent, as µTorrent can't keep track of a file/directory that you move in Explorer or whatever. That'd mean that this has already been requested (a feature to move the file AND setting the download location simultaneously within µTorrent, that is).
