utorrent creating folders on file move

I download to my computer and then have utorrent move the completed file to a hard drive I have connected to my wdtv live.  When I download a single file that doesn't come in a folder by default, everything works fine.  When I download a file with multiple files in it, I'll select only the one I want and uncheck "create subfolder" and that downloads just fine to my main location fine before the move, however after the move to the wdtv live hdd, it will create a folder with the name of the default download folder location with the file in it.  As in default download is set to C:\Users\Justin\Downloads it then creats folder "Downloads" on the drive I move it to.  Any setting I'm missing that it fix this?  It only happens if two different locations.
