TMG 2010 Configuration for utorrent

I want to Allow utorrent through TMG 2010. i have gave allow access to  these protocols but still i m unable to use utorrent.

 

i have Set a static inbound port in my uTorrent client - i.e 57654

 

TCP 1024-65535 Out
UDP 1024-65535 Send Receive
TCP 57654 Out
UDP 57654 Send Receive

Secondary Connection

TCP 57654 In
UDP 57654 Receive.
