Why were steaming settings removed?

In the past, Utorrent by default could not properly stream video files within torrents containing multiple files. This could be fixed entirely by making the following adjustment:

 

 

 

Unfortunately these features have been removed entirely from new versions of Utorrent. As such, streaming single video files from a torrent containing multiple files is now not working.

 

What was the reason for this?
