Remote does not connect, shows chinese characters

Hi all,

 

I get weird chinese characters when I try to set up remote. See attachment.

wtf? Is the Chinese government in on this?

 

I'm using Win7 english version and µTorrent 3.4.1, build 30740 and I'm trying to set up remote.

Do I need to use a globally unique name? I thought these accounts were only created locally.
