How to set up an isolated OpenVPN interface and bind it to utserver in Linux

In case anyone would find it useful, I wrote a couple of articles on my blog describing how to create an isolated VPN, get a forwarding port for that VPN if your using Private Internet Access, and bind utserver to that interface and forwarding port, while leaving default internet routing unchanged on the machine.
