When I go to download them they download at really low speeds even with high seeders(around 10kb or so) and my download speed before would normally be around 8mb or so at peak. I thought it was my ISP throttling me but even on a VPN the same problem exists. I haven't changed any settings or anything and it just randomly started happening one day and have had the problem ever since.
