Download Columns - Please help

So I've been using uTorrent for quiet sometime and very happy with it for the most part. I've alwasy been the type of person who wants to understand everything I use and I have been unsuccessful in finding some explanation on what the actual columns mean in the download pane of uTorrent.

 

I like to think I have a fairly good understanding of computers but would really love if someone could briefly explain what the following fields represent/mean:

 

• Health
• Down Speed
• Up Speed (and why is it blank sometimes?)
• ETA - here I'm more curious at the accuracy of this field and how is it worked out?
• Playback
• Seeds/Peers
• Lable
