Port is not open error.

Is this a bug? Why is it no matter what port number I use for the current port field in the Setup Guide, when I run the tests, I get the results that the port is not open, but I am still able to download message?


This does not make sense. I have tested with PFPortChecker.exe from portforward.com and this app says that the port is open and is reachable. I have also tested with one of your competitors software, BitComet. And too, it work just fine on any port I opened up on home gateway.


I am running Windows 7 32bit. Windows Firewall is disabled. And, no Antivirus, Antispyware or Antimalware Apps are installed.


Please help me with this problem or help me report it as a bug to be fixed.
