uTorrent crashing the internet and corrupting the files

Hello everyone!

I would be really grateful if you helped me with a few problems:

- I've noticed that uTorrent seems to kill my Internet connection a few minutes of working. It doesn't always happen, but when it does only reseting the router helps.

I've limited the number of connections, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem in any way.

- A few bigger files I've been downloading have either frozen at 99.9% (many hash fails and a few GBs wasted) or turned out to be corrupted (mainly ISO files).

It started to happen around the time I also begun to get BSODs, so RAM sticks are my primary suspects.

 

Is there any way to fix those? Thanks in advance!

 

EDIT: Just tested, I'm able to download and run a 150MB file with no problems whatsoever. Will continue testing. Any help will be much appreciated.
