disk space warning appears when entering a non-started torrent

When opening a torrent file with uTorrent and unchecking "Start Torrent", still the warning about insufficient disk space appears.

But stopped torrents do not consume any disk space at that time, so the warning is inappriopriate (usually I queue stopped torrents exactly because I do not currently have the free space to download).
