Calamityjane Posted December 6, 2014 Report Share Posted December 6, 2014 Hi guys, I've been getting this problem for a while, and as a result haven't been able to download anything at all. Instead of getting the box that says open, when I click on download I'm getting this other screen, which looks dodgy to me. All it says is your download will start in 5 seconds and then starts counting down! Hope I've explained what's happening okay!Can anyone throw any light on why its happening and what can I do to put things right?I have windows 7 and have just had the computer in and cleaned off so I don't think its a virus!Thanks in advance,Jane Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
