LOOK LOOK Posted December 9, 2014 Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 Hi, my internet speed is 1mb. For some UNKOWN reason, when I'm using utorrent on it, the speed is 5kb and below. I tried connecting different internets and suprisingly the speed was 100kb. Do you think the problem is the internet settings, or utorrent settings?
