Custom URL for WebUI Reverse Proxy

For anybody who has set up a reverse proxy for utorrent's webui they are stuck using domain/gui to access it because of the hardcoded /gui in the javascript files.

 

It would be great for this to be customized like many other programs do (Couchpotato, Sickbeard, Sickrage, Sonarr). Deluge send a custom header like this for nginx. Maybe this could easily be implemented?
