I am can see 40 seeds but can only connect to one

I have tried with multiple torrents with varying levels of seeders and consistently i can only connect to one seed and the download speed is very slow/inconsistent around 100kb/s when usually on most torrents with similar seeder/leecher ratios im downloading at 2.0mb/s

not sure what the problem is but it is happineng on multiple computers on the same Internet Connection
