BUG: 100% CPU and almost 0 down/up speed with more than 5000 active torrents.

Just reporting that once you get 4000-5000 active torrents I saw a problem where download (and upload) speeds would come to a crawl, the webUI would barely respond and basically utorrent became unusable (it would stop hashing):

Guessing this is a limitation of things not being multi-threaded enough somewhere.
