The Technical Posted June 5, 2006 Report Share Posted June 5, 2006 I have access to broadband at college, but I'm either unable to download at all, or getting an extremely slow download when compared to the speed of the connection (aprox. 30-45 mbps). I'm behind a firewall (Norton Internet Security), but I have it personalized to permit all connections needed for the Utorrent program. I've heard that it may have something to do with the router's settings, but I'm not too sure, cause I'm able to get great speed when dl on Limewire, so it is not prohibited to use P2P programs.
