Downloads restarting to 0%

I was downloading a 16gb torrent and then my computer died because I didn't realize that it was dying. I went to go put it on the charger and I turned my computer back on and it restarted. I then opened up utorrent and it said that I had nothing downloaded and had uploaded about a gig. I then clicked on general and it said that I had downloaded 6.5gb. I did a force re-check on it and it's very slow and it says that I only have 10mb downloaded. Can someone please tell me what to do to fix this?
