For the first few minutes utorrent doesn't connect to any of them (although it shows several hundred) and then it suddenly connects to just one seed and DL's at a high rate (~170kB/s).The seed that it DL's from is always one on the same ISP as mine. This is very strange.Up to a week ago everything worked normally and suddenly this.Does anybody have a good explanation?BTW, all of the torrents that I'm seeding are not connected to anybody and are not UL'ing.
