Aarondaleshaw Posted February 22, 2015 Report Share Posted February 22, 2015 I have terrible broadband I know this it's reliable though it's constantly at 3 Mbps but no matter what torrent I download, I've tried test torrents but no torrent ever goes above 350kbps if it tries it gets to 356 Kbps then goes back down immediately I've tried a glastnost test too and I'm not been throttled either please help me this is quite annoying.
