Hopkins132 Posted November 14, 2011 Report Share Posted November 14, 2011 So yea I have no idea of how Utorrent works (as in the settings etc)...so far it has worked like a charm and I downloaded many files, yet since yesterday all my download speeds have fallen under 1.0 kB/s.However, each time I reset bans and clear peer list (decided to test theses out without knowing what they did - I know, im stupid), the DL speed shoots up to like 100+ kB/s for around 2 minutes and then falls under 1 again...So how do I fix this?Things I know aren't affecting this problem:Firewall settings - uTorrent is allowed.Thank you very much.Hopkins132 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
