I'm using StarHub ISP, Singapore. Showing that it's one of the bad ISP. Question: is it possible to use Out going encryptiong to get over the shaping problem? i have 1mbps upload rate but it can only max from 30 to 40~ KB/s. Any ideas to slove this?
