The "Bandwidth Allocation" oddity has been fixed, and will go out with the next build. Thanks for the report(s).

That's right. We use Multicast to discover other uT clients, much in the same way that UPnP devices are discovered, or mDNS/Zeroconf/Bonjour/Rendezvous discovers services.
