I'm having a small heartbreak over the change to 2.2 that checks every file on every startup. I have about 2600 torrents, and 2.0.4 would start up in a couple of seconds. uTorrent 2.2 took so long to start up (more than 15 minutes and it wasn't finished), I had to stop it and revert to 2.0.4. Maybe checking everything the first time the program is run makes some sense, but checking every time takes away a great advantage of uTorrent that made me switch to using it with Wine after kTorrent started taking too long to start up. I was so happy to see that 2.2 allows moving files, a feature from kTorrent that I have been missing, but if startup in 2.2 continues to take so long, I'll have to stick with 2.0.4.
