Thank you CB, I didnt realize the feature I liked is a bug but I love it It is good to let user select whether "paused" torrent be reset or not after restart

Hi, Do you have this problem: paused torrents still in paused status when uTorrent program restarted (V3.3) Or this is the feature? In previous version the torrents will be in downloading status if restart program I like this one. thanks.
