    just notice i don't have ANY X flags too but have there H flags not sure if they are the same amount as before

    test more the enable PE suppose to fall back to normal right but if i choose either one not a single connections is outgoing (none of the peers is using utorrent beta with PE) the Enable or Enable, Always Protocol Encryption option both produce same effect, at least for me

    using beta 417 when i enable protocol encryption (not Enable, Always), all my peers connections is incoming

    well, bitcomit protocol header encryption doesn't work for me right now i hope more users use utorrent v1.41 beta 11 and above so that i can test it out most bt i download still have more bitcomit & azurues users.

    Starhub (Singapore): shape/throttle BitTorrent traffic. No known workaround.
