Read this first - Falcon introduction

I' using Windows 7 pro 64 bit and whenever I download the latest utorrent-falcon installer. I run it but no installer popup, it just does nothting. The working circle appear for a second or two but then it all goes off. My uTorrent if English and I run the uTorrent 2.0 I've tried compatibility issue.
