My speeds are going up and down with uT 2.0 if the "Enable bandwidth management" option is turned on. Seems to be connecting to a peer, uploading almost at max for a few seconds, then speed dropping to zero, peer disappearing from peer tab, after a minute or two this peer reappears and situation repeats. Pls see a more detailed post w/ screenshots in "Speed issues" section.
