Add UI hints for moving torrents to top/bottom of the queue

As it is, its nice that you can move a torrent to the top/bottom of the list, but it's not very nice that you have to go digging in the manual to discover that this is even possible (Original thread is locked). Can we get some kind of UI hint so that new users can discover the feature easily? Ideally you could use a combobox on the side of the toolbar buttons (see attached image), but as a bare minimum you could edit the tooltip on the buttons to say "Move Up Queue (Shift-click to move to top)".
