Fixing µTorrent Hebrew's translation

It seems as the hebrew locale for µTorrent is no longer being maintained.

I'd like to fix and improve current hebrew translation.

I saw this topic:

where there're links to email Firon or schnurlos, but both links direct to the same link as above.
