There are plenty of torrents archives, so if I would suggest one that's not illegal, that would be AnimeSuki.Click on whatever file you want to test and choose to open the file with µTorrent. Then you will be able to choose the destination of the file/directory and after you click OK, it will start downloading and eventually uploading as well.
