Klaus_1250
Yesterday I noticed that uTorrent had a DNS-lookup for an IP noted as a single dot. When manually checking the IP (both nslookup and dig), it gave a blank result which uTorrent translated to a single dot. The desired / expected behaviour is that in such instances, uTorrent would show just show the ip-address instead of a dot (or blank / empty entry). Firon
Perhaps it's getting a null character in the response and turning it into a period?
Klaus_1250
Somthing like that, depending how it is programmed, I can pretty much imagine something like a dot turning up when the input is invalid/null/undefined and not validated or verified.
