It's fairly common, nothing to worry about unless you get lots.As for speed settings, it's the same as any torrent client, for best down speed, limit your global up speed to about 75-80% of your top up speed.Edit: Should have said, sometimes too many connections can bog down your downloads, try limiting the maximum global connections to a lower number, or the number of connections per torrent. 150 seems best per torrent for me.
