qwan Posted July 19, 2006 Report Share Posted July 19, 2006 I want to go below 25kbs download speed from the tray itself how is it possible.Can i adjust the limites elswhere.i dont see the purpose of having a bandwidth controll where the minimum speed is 25kbps. Just a thought.Also, look through the preferences.And instead of using that, use the Speed Guide. There's more to it than just changing your upload cap.
