tynub Posted August 12, 2006 Report Share Posted August 12, 2006 Hi I had my system setup according to these guides.my pc was down for few weeks waiting for new vid card.1st time I try to download something i get the yellow then red tick.When i test my port forwarding it says: port not open, but in my router setup its open.I installed ver 1.6=same problem.I changed no settings at all,what the hell couldve happened? inf0 = xp firewall=offcommodo personal fw set to allow all Linksys befsr41 ver4 win xp sp2cable modem by rcn 7 mb/s rated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

µtorrent-Guest Posted August 12, 2006 Report Share Posted August 12, 2006 and if you have shut down your PC so long. please make sure it has now still the same IP that you have the Port forwarded in the router to in the first place.I speculate that you have not set a static LAN IP and now the DHCP assigned one is different.
