ootter
Hey guys,I've been having a weird speed problem lately. My connection will get up to about 100 kbps and then gradually drop to about 20. Here's my speed graph:http://www.lettuceseeds.ca/hosting/ootter/speed%20graph.JPG[Link big pictures instead.]Anyone have any idea what's going on?Regards,Ootter

Ultima
If the halfopen connections were saturated, it could possibly affect your speeds, though probably not to the extent that upload or just global connectiosn in general would.
