How do i forward a port at a college campus...

I dont know how to access the port at college. I am getting the red light. Am I screwed or is there something i can do! Thanks

if you are a girl you can try to get a date with the networkadmin. If not, then you are "screwed" (If the network admin is not gay of course, That could be a second chance!)
