I have a 2 Mb/s connection but the down speed always seems to be about 10kB/s while the upload is around 2 or 4 times that. How can i reach the an optimum speed with uTorrent? (plus im a complete n00b at this). do i need to limit the upload rate? How many slots per download (and what does that mean) and what else can i do to help.Any help would be appreaciated. Thanks.
