Usually, when a torrent has a healthy ammount of seeds and peers, i download at a decent speed close to the max of my connection (768/128 or somethin similar). But recently, even if i download a torrent with 1500+ seeds and 1000+ peers i get about 1/4 or 1/5 of my normal downloading speed, while the upload is at the max.Anything i can do?Thanks!
