How can I force utorrent to start in low priority mode?

Sounds familiar, though I don't quite remember how one would do that... But I have to ask... have you tried fixing the issue itself instead of simply working around it? Have you checked for incompatible software listed in the FAQ? Are your IDE/ATA/ATAPI controllers set to DMA mode in Start > Run > devmgmt.msc?

Well it's not that it hangs the pc or something ,is just lil' drops,I've checked the memory usage and cpu and is all normal.

I guess a registry tweak would do it but I'm not expert on that departament.

Just found when set it to low or below normal in the task manager it runs smoothly,so I can work in the pc with no issues at all.

Thanks for any help.
