joggs Posted November 15, 2006 Report Share Posted November 15, 2006 A nice feature would be to have a quick add page for both power users and users that only should be able to add torrents and not see active downloads or other information. for example if a person has a fast connection and want his friends to be able to download things without seeing what kind of kinky stuff he downloads right now.The page only has a field where you paste the .torrent url and maybe see the status of the quick page downloads.The downloaded files could then be accessed with an ftp sever or something.../Joggs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

FTP server can and should be run independent of webui/µtorrent. Adding a torrent might be a bit more complicated. There is a direct link for it but you would have to find a method to parse the username and password without you giving them to your 'power users'. Maybe apache with php & cURL?
