this utorrent is not using the all the speed it usually used 4kB or 1kB :@:@@:@@

why there were so many peers & seeds available even then

Are you actually connecting to the seeds? (If not, it may be a fake torrent!)

Are you limiting µTorrent's settings to prevent bandwidth overload? (Each connection being made or maintained costs bandwidth...with too many connections, you'd have no bandwidth left over to actually download anything!)
