pkubele
I have this problem. My ISP is Cox (5/2M) and everything is running fine. I can download from any seeders (and after I download it also seed) without any problems and limitations but when I decide to create my own torrent and share it, all users who try to download from me get disconnected after couple of seconds (connection goes to zero even from 150kb/s). They connect after a while and the same thing happens again. My ports are properly forwarded, tried disconnect router, change clients. Nothing helps. Since the upload is OK when downloading/uploading torrent from someone else I dont want to blame provider and have really no idea where might be the problem.Any suggestions? Thanks for answers
Switeck
Some ISPs interfere with seeding torrents. They break connections to peers to prevent any transfers. I think Cox is one of them...by the sound of it.
Ultima
Cox shaping P2P traffic doesn't sound all too unfamiliar, though I could be getting it confused with some other big ISP...
