ftdisk error in windows xp sp2

I've been using utorrent for a couple of months now, and my computer has now started having blue screen crashes, whcih only seem to happen when utorrent is open.

The source of the error is ftdisk with the even id 49

Has anyone else had this problem, and have any idea how I can fix it?

Did you ever raise µTorrent's half-open connection rate?

If so, a recent Win XP SP2 patch probably reset window's half-open max rate to below what µTorrent is trying to do.
