Otus Posted January 7, 2007 Report Share Posted January 7, 2007 When I run uTorrent, I find all internet traffic to be clogged. If I had a high download rate I'd understand it locally, but even when restricting dl rate to 50 kB/s on a 1M/512K adsl I find that none of the computers in the lan can properly connect to internet (repeated clicking on the 'reload' button in the browser sometimes displays a page).I have a green connection status light after following the instructions (forwarding ports etc.). I've the global maximum number of connections in the settings to 70 with 100 being the windows maximum in the registry key; TeleWell TW-EA501 v3 adsl modem/router, no software firewall and Windows 98 on the computer that runs uTorrent.
