h8uthemost
Hi guys,I hope this is the right board for my questions.I'm having a little trouble configuring my Speed Guide. My first question is pretty easy. I ran the speed test, and my download speed is 478 kbps, and my upload speed is 114 kbps. So which selection should I choose under Connection Type, in the Speed Guide? And my second question is: I'm having trouble figuring out how to forward a port for Utorrent. I've been going by the guide located here. But when I get down to the part here: We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. Utorrent requires you to forward the ports you entered above. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Port Range menu and then click Next then Close. I have no idea what to do. This is located near the end of the page, in the link I provided above. Can someone please explain this to me?Or does anyone know of a different way to forward a port for Utorrent that I should I use? I have Westell 327wThank you for any help
Dalfin
Actually, just beyond the middle of the page guide you will find this :Utorrent's Port for incoming connections : In the textbox after the sentence write the port you want to use for Utorrent. Then , under the text you describe you will find exactly what you have to enter to forward the above mentioned port.Hope that helps. Switeck
With an upload of only 114 kbps, you should definely choose the xx/128k UPLOAD speed setting in Speed Guide.
